Kate Towsey has been a consultant specialist in Research Operations for a decade and has been instrumental in growing and shaping the practice internationally. In 2018, Kate started the ResearchOps Community and instigated the #WhatisResearchOps initiative, which put Research Ops on the map. She now runs an invite-only community for people delivering Research Operations and brings people and content together as a curator for Rosenfeld Media. Kate lives in Sydney where she’s built and now manages a global team delivering Research Operations for Atlassian. Kate regularly consults for large organizations on topics including research labs, participant recruitment, data governance and privacy strategies, research impact and more.
