Yalenka is a strategic designer with a love for design research, based in Brussels. She is passionate about people, and the connections design can create. With a background in product design, she shifted focus after her studies by joining Fjord, a part of Accenture Interactive as a Service and Interaction Designer. She worked for multiple big organisations, from telecom and energy providers to optician and supermarket chains. Taking the precious learnings from working in a diverse team, she joined Namahn in Brussels in 2018 to design for government, social and non-profit organisations. Besides working on client projects, she’s also in charge of the design operations, ensuring a lively feedback culture and a healthy workload for all. She continues to teach Design methods at Les Gobelins, a design school in Paris.
