Stephen is the global operations performance improvement leader for Arup.  He is a business advisor and systems engineer with particular experience in large scale transformation programs in aviation, highways, rail, healthcare and finance industries. Over the past twenty five years he has developed a special interest in the challenge of delivering successful operational change through the delivery of major new assets, organization change, alongside the adoption of new technologies.   He has helped clients focus on driving business performance improvement through asset management, new digital strategies organization design, leadership development, customer service, and operational efficiency.
