Tygre Morehart is a Lead Designer of Design Operations at McGraw Hill. During the past 4-5 years her focus has been on operations and strategy. Her motto is “Structured Flexibility” recognizing that all projects have their own nuances, scale, and unique personas, but with the correct foundation, key metrics and project details can roll up to a leadership view. She has developed a working system to help design teams work more efficiently, systematically, and connect data in ways that had never been done before. Teams are able to focus on their professional skillsets, design outstanding products, while the system works for them, delivering data points to their leadership while they continue their tasks.
