Taylor Jennings is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Chili Piper. Prior to that, she spent several years in consulting for a variety of industries, including transportation and logistics, construction, pharmaceuticals, and government. Her professional interests include psychology behind decision making, quantitative methods, and mentoring women and those that are new to the UX space. In her spare time she’s a voracious reader (and always looking to hear about your favorite book!), pursuing further education in nonviolent communication, and trying to visit all 63 US National Parks.
