Suzan Bednarz started developing content at age seven when her mother kicked her out of the family home and told her to “go play” with the neighborhood kids. An introvert from a young age, she retreated to a corner of the yard and wrote a story in the dirt under the family monkey bars. Since then she has worked as a content strategist, site search product lead, digital program manager and director of content management. She was honored to be asked to stand up the very first design operation team within Cigna Digital in 2017. In her free time she enjoys writing, crocheting, silversmithing and travel.
