Sarah Spencer constructs the business framework for which her artistic peers can flourish without confinement. As the Senior Manager of Design Operations at Express Scripts, Sarah is responsible for establishing engagement, leading interactions and optimizing ongoing partnership with legal, compliance, government programs, procurement, human resources and finance. Sarah also leads a team of Design Operations Managers responsible for crafting extraordinary interactions for the Digital Experience team and Express Scripts’ clients. Prior to this role, Sarah owned and implemented a variety of Healthcare Reform compliance solutions for Express Scripts including digital accessibility and alternate language access.
