Sarah Flamion is currently a Research Architect at Salesforce, where she has also led several research teams. Prior to Salesforce, she worked at other large enterprise organizations and has experienced first-hand the very real challenges and opportunities they face. Along with a background in technology, she combines business perspective and research techniques to help enhance and innovate on long-established products, as well as bring to market entirely new concepts. She particularly enjoys helping organizations embrace, clarify, and humanize complexity… the messy problems are always the most interesting! She currently resides in Indiana with her husband and three daughters.
