Purvi Shah is currently the Head of Global Strategic Design Operations at Visa. In this role, Purvi is responsible for spear-heading the organization’s Design Transformation effort, in addition to optimizing the impact, productivity, scalability, and culture of design across 10+ locations world-wide. Prior to this, Purvi established the operating model for and led the client-facing consultative design practice at the Visa Innovation Studio in NY. Purvi is a former startup founder, product owner, and design consultant, with a diverse background that enables her to flex into the multi-faceted needs of global enterprises as well as client businesses at every stage.
