Peter Levin is a sociologist and user researcher, with extensive experience as an academic and corporate researcher. He has been a professor, researcher, and strategic planner in senior positions at Intel, Autodesk, Airtable, and HubSpot.
As an academic sociologist, Levin studied a range of markets (financial futures, pollution, art) to understand the gap between how economic activity works in theory and in organizational practice. As a corporate researcher, he does the same things: living in the gaps between how technology companies expect their products to work and how actual humans get stuff done in organizational practice.
