Onur Kocan is a researcher, entrepreneur, and design strategist with a multi-disciplinary approach to solving the most complex challenges. His background is a mix of industrial design, strategy, product, and organizational management. He is also the founder of ENTA – Industrial Designers Association of Turkiye, which is an innovative, dynamic, accessible, and industry-focused Design Community. Onur graduated with a Bachelor of Science in industrial design at Kadir Has University. Additionally, he completed a Certificate Program of Design Research in “Design for Social Innovation and Sustainability” at the University of the Arts London in 2011. Most recently he graduated with a master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. He has been managing Studio Karun for numerous industries, NGOs, start-ups, local governments, and national government-ranked projects. He works at the intersection of research, design, and policy.
