Natalie is a multidisciplinary designer and creative director with expertise developing holistic systems of visual communication across a range of media and graphic matter. As design director of the Public Policy Lab, she partners with government agencies to make public service delivery more equitable, enjoyable, and effective. Natalie is proficient in human-centered service design and works collaboratively with both members of the public and government stakeholders to develop tangible design products rooted in the experiences of the people. As a design educator, she has taught coursework in visual systems, user experience design, and design thinking at Pratt Institute and the Keller Center at Princeton University. Natalie holds an M.F.A. in visual communication from Pratt Institute and degrees in Art History and Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
