Megan Kierstead is a researcher and coach with over a decade of experience in helping companies of all shapes and sizes build products that solve real problems for real people. She has a B.S. from Wellesley College, and an M.S. from UMass-Amherst, with a strong focus in social science and anthropological research methods.

Megan’s passion is to create a generation of leaders who aren’t afraid to be themselves. To that end, she runs a successful coaching business that helps fellow misfit badasses create meaningful careers. She lives in the Bay area, with her 3 bunnies, Gina, Butch, and River and is typically either covered in flour or glitter.
