Li Wen Huang has 18 years’ experience managing UX research at Discover Financial Services. She developed the UX research practice from the ground up, creating research processes and procedures, communicating insights, and expanding capabilities and reach to support the entire organization including Discover Bank, Student Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Discover Global Network.

When the opportunity arose to conduct usability for visually disabled customers, Li Wen jumped at the chance to collaborate with internal and external teams to make it happen. She and her team are currently developing an accessibility testing framework for Discover.
