Kelsey Kingman is a Senior User Researcher for Fidelity Investments, a prominent brokerage firm based in Boston, MA. As a member of the User Research Operations team, Kelsey spearheaded the creation of the Democratization of Research program, creating the core learning materials and a plan to execute the program at scale. In her spare time, Kelsey plays video games and board games, and is the Game Master for an all-women Dungeons & Dragons group.
