Jesse Zolna has been a User Experience and Design Research specialist for more than a decade. In that time he has begun the research practice at more than one company and grown to be a leader of highly impactful User Experience Research teams. In his various roles, he has conducted many different methods of research and has had to work with many different stakeholders of different disciplines, experience levels, and interest in research. Prior to focusing on UX Research, Jesse Zolna worked in Market Research and received a PhD in Engineering Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology. He combines an academic mindset with applied practicality for the best of both worlds in all his research.
