Erin Hauber leads the Human-Centered Design Practice team at USAA. They design services, tools and processes that drive adoption of design, design teams, and design thinking. They transform enterprise businesses by improving the quality and velocity of problem-solving and decision-making. She is passionate about making Design usable, accessible, and valuable for cross-functional teams. Prior to USAA Erin engaged in similar efforts at two global technology companies: Atlassian and IBM. IBM has recently released Enterprise Design Thinking—a set of practices, learning experiences and badging system—she helped build.
