Erica is the VP of Design and Research at SurveyMonkey. She joined the company in 2017 with the mission to make design a competitive advantage. Previously, Erica spent six years at Quantcast as the Director of Product Design, where she was responsible for building the design and research functions. Prior to that, she was an Interaction Designer and User Researcher at Move, eBay and Yahoo. Erica earned a BS in Cognitive Science and BA in Communication Studies from UCLA. She is passionate about great product design, career development, and California sun.
