Deanna Washington is a Technical Program Manager within Adobe’s Design organization who recently transitioned careers from being a leader in Diversity Program Management. Deanna uses her experience of launching complex initiatives and hosting large scale events to support a team of designers and engineers working on the Spectrum Design System. She enjoys curating open and inclusive spaces for teams to foster creativity and collaboration. Deanna spends her time outside of work taking care of her dog named Beans, going for a bike ride along the beach or solving a sudoku puzzle.
