Dave Hora is the Founder and continual Employee of the Month at Dave’s Research Company, a small consultancy specializing in strategic project work and design/user research training. He’s an experienced first-researcher, establishing the research program at six companies including PlanGrid, Instacart, and ResearchGate, with a focus on aligning research efforts and product strategy to drive meaningful and impactful work. He’s been researching the practice of research for the last 6 years, and most recently helped drive the Research Skills Framework project with the ResearchOps community.
