Danita is a service design strategist at the City of Philadelphia’s Service Design Studio. She brings nearly twenty years of communications, operations, and design experience to her work. Her curiosity to understand how people and complex organizations function has led her to work in the consulting, engineering, financial services, government, healthcare, non-profit, and retail industries. She relies on the intersections, patterns, and best practices from these experiences to ground and infuse her work as a designer.

As a storytelling enthusiast and enthusiast in general, outside of work you can find her creating art, officiating special events, helping her parents navigate their technology tools, and generating spontaneous bouts of laughter and fun with family, friends, and strangers.
