Carla Casariego is the Director of the Digital Experience Design Ops team at Express Scripts. After establishing the Producer team from the ground up, she led their evolution to a Design Ops organization. She is driven by a passion for facilitating change, strengthening connections and driving better processes and culture within Digital Experience and across the Express Scripts organization with the goal of creating exceptional experiences in an efficient and repeatable manner. Prior to Express Scripts, Carla was the lead producer for PayPal Credit, ran the implementation consulting operations for an accounting software company and has held consulting leadership roles for global consulting firms. She also co-founded and manages production operations for Texas’ first vermouth company. Carla lives in Austin with her husband Mark, daughter Signe and their dog Alec Baldwin.
