Alicia Mooty is a Creative Operations Leader with over a decade of experience in both the tech and film industries. While on the production team at Pixar Animation Studios, she partnered with the creatives behind Cars 2 and Inside Out before joining Pixar’s internal Software R&D group. Alicia then went on to MasterClass, where she served as their Post Production Supervisor and overhauled their creative pipeline processes. Alicia is now a Group Program Manager with Adobe Design, where she oversees a team of Design Program Managers who bring you flagship products such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. She is passionate about team culture, organization design, and the constant evolution of process to empower creatives to do their best work.
