Todd Healy has been defining designing, building, and implementing digital products for over 20yrs. At Mastercard for the last 8 years, he has spent the first half of his tenure leading teams that brought digital products to market. In recent years he has pioneered forward-thinking research and testing methodologies, and now is devoted to operationalizing strategic capabilities such as the CX Metrics to de-risk product design on an enterprise scale. In his spare time, Todd enjoys woodworking and gardening. He currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife Johanna, 2-yr-old daughter Fiona, and their rambunctious French bulldog Madeline. They are expecting another addition to the family this fall.
