Boon Yew Chew is a senior principal UX designer at Elsevier, a global analytics and publishing company. He has been designing for enterprise products and services over 20 years across publishing, finance, automotive, healthcare, telecoms and retail industries. His passion lies in helping organisations deliver products and services that put people at the heart of the experience.

Boon’s approach to design is informed by his Human-Computer Interaction and computer engineering backgrounds, working at different scales of enterprise work, and broad interests in services, systems, complexity, futures, and organisational change. He formerly served on the board of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA) and is a local leader for IxDA London.
