Steve Chaparro will share his thoughts on design ops as culture design and how his firm, Culture Design Studio, helps creative teams and companies thrive by aligning their brand, culture and environment. He will also share the finding of his recent Creative Leadership Survey.

Steve is a speaker, culture design strategist. His is passionate about helping transform creative leaders, team and companies by bringing their brand, culture and spaces into alignment.
For over twenty years, Steve had held leadership roles at architecture, real estate development, innovation and financial services firms. Most recently, he served as VP of Strategic Design at Visioneering Studios a national architecture form. Today, he is the founder of Culture Design Studio an experience design firm and hosts the Culture Design Show – a podcast.
