Jessica Harllee is a staff product designer who’s spent the majority of her career building tools for small, creative businesses. She’s worked at two-sided marketplaces, including Faire, Etsy, and Kickstarter, worked in-house at a small business, and ran a semi-successful Etsy shop. She occasionally writes and speaks about product design and being on the IC track. Jessica lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, son, and mountain of craft supplies.
