Mila is a leader in User Research, Education, and Product Development with over 10 years of experience tackling the most pressing issues impacting learners today. Her work focuses on understanding users’ motivations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our students, teachers, and school communities. Her work at HMH has informed the products used in classrooms across the US. Prior to her current role, she worked on the Pre-K for All initiative at the New York City Department of Education and conducted school-based research studies at NYU that focused on neuroscience and education. Mila holds an EdM in technology, innovation, and education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in psychology from Reed College.
