Joe N. is a UX Researcher, he has spent the last five years in UX researcher and research analyst/insights roles. His company, MasterControl, focuses on SaaS quality solutions for the life sciences and for manufacturing organizations around the world. As a part of the Product team, his focus is on understanding customer needs and pains and how the products can improve the lives of their client’s. Prior to UX research, Joe worked in retail management and real estate escrow processing. He has an MA in Anthropology.
