Megan is an Experience Research Director at Mad*Pow in Boston, where she has worked across verticals including finance, healthcare, and education to deliver user insights and provide strategic recommendations for her clients. Since her undergraduate years as a sociology major, Megan has become increasingly passionate about the importance of listening to diverse experiences when conducting research with users. Megan is a graduate of Bentley University’s HFID program.
