Erin Robertson is a writer and content designer based in Chicago. Currently, she is the program owner for the Design System at Northern Trust, a global financial services company with over 20,000 employees. In this role, she works alongside Design Operations to scale and elevate product design practices across the organization. Previously, she was a writer, editor and communications specialist at Northern Trust, Uptake and Chicago Ideas Week. She has a Masters in Teaching (Elementary Education) and started her career as a substitute teacher, which taught her everything she knows today about creating human-centered experiences.
