Kim Fellman Cohen leads Design Experience at Pinterest. She believes in the power of discovering what you love and creating a plan to get there. In her role, she leads a team that enables Pinterest’s designers to do their best work and build off of each other through growing their craft, career development and team culture.

Before Pinterest, Kim art directed merchandise at Warner Music Group, got listicles created for clients at BuzzFeed and kept a Cayman Islands Hedge Fund team humming. When she’s not at work, you can find her watching NY Giants football and trying to find a good bagel in SF.
