Jake’s current focus is how carefully-crafted research repositories and operations can activate crucial customer insights in product development and delivery. He’s a board member at ResearchOps.community. Previously, he owned insights initiatives in Amazon’s Retail and Alexa divisions. Prior to amplifying the output of research communities, Jake consulted on the UX of products in a range of domains, including: power plant operation, new space engineering, cockpit avionics, genetics instrumentation, creative production, and financial trading.
