Nicole is a design anthropologist interested in the intersection of futures thinking, systems design, and decoloniality. After multiple years working in the research consulting industry on the West Coast, Nicole relocated to Europe to pursue a new chapter in her career. Today, she is a Senior Design Researcher at TPXimpact, a digital transformation agency that seeks to improve digital solutions in the public sector. Her clients include departments of the UK central government, provincial Canadian government, alongside globally recognized tech companies, such as Amazon, Google, and Nintendo. She is dedicated to advancing ethical research practices, designing sustainable, inclusive futures, and understanding the perspectives from those historically and systematically left out of the conversation. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Nicole now lives in London, UK.
