With over 22 years experience, John is part of the growing number of practitioners who have recognised that the traditional ways of working simply are not fit for the complex times we face today. John’s specialisms lie in understating systems thinking, complexity and social ways of working. This focuses on customer centred design of services, moving from top down command & control, to delegated team working across departments. He works with leaders and managers to develop their capability for change and transform how they work with their teams. John uses the Vanguard method as his core approach.
John works with both the public and private sectors, as well as being involved in writing and running workshops. He is connected to several key groups that are at the leading edge of new ways of working, where he assists in learning and sharing from leading practice across the globe.
