BNCT

BNCT (which stands for Blacks in Civic Tech) is a community for Black civic technologists – that’s designers, researchers, policy analysts, data scientists, developers, solution architects & tech leaders – where they are supported and uplifted to ensure their success in the field of civic tech. Civic tech, the discipline of creating a better relationship between people and the government by rethinking services and service delivery models to better serve people can only be successful with a diverse set of people leading the way. As a non-profit organization, BNCT aims to remove barriers for Blacks to lead, participate, thrive in and enjoy the field of civic tech in federal, state, and local government (contractor or employee) through programming, resources, and community building.
