Weidan is a research lead and coach at SEEK.com – an online platform that connects job seekers and hirers. He mentors multiple teams within the company on design research practice. He is a research thought leader who influences beyond individual projects, aiming at advocating and embedding research methodologies and insights across the company for strategic impact and cultural change.

Before SEEK.com, Weidan used to work in health insurance, technology and consultancy. The diverse industries gives him an extensive hands-on experience in qualitative research. Outside of work you can find Weidan training at a boxing gym, and walking his cat Toto (as in My Neighbour Totoro).
