Sean is an experienced user research practitioner and manager, and was the lead researcher on successful large platform redesign projects at Compass and AppNexus. He’s also led broader research synthesis projects, including identifying and defining user archetypes and mapping agent jobs-to-be-done to ground the broader product organization in the realities of their user base.

Bringing clarity to digital spaces, and how information is organized and accessed, animate his work in user experience research and information architecture.
