Early in his career, he straddled design, research, and strategy – back when a diary study was a physical hand-bound booklet, disposable camera and return envelope, of which he sent out many. Fast forward to joining dscout 8 years ago, where he now shepherds the Product and Design teams at dscout, building innovative products that go well beyond our original Diary product. Jonathan is a passionate believer that the best product teams are people-obsessed.
