Sandeep is on a mission to humanise organisations because they have a big impact on our lives. Sandeep has designed services and products in Australia and the UK across various industries including clean energy, financial services, broadcast media, education and federal government.

Recently, as Lead Service Designer she has been shaping the design practice and leading teams to re-design services within the Green Energy sector.

In her spare time, Sandeep enjoys cooking up a feast, going for a hike and watching films.
