Adriane Ackerman (she/her/ella) is a bold disruptor and visionary leader with over 20 years of experience reshaping public sector partnerships and programs. As the founder of Agile Accomplice LLC, Adriane is committed to dismantling barriers and fostering inclusive efforts that reimagine bureaucratic norms. Her work with clients like the Houston Endowment and Dalberg Design reflects her dedication to centering historically excluded voices and driving transformative change. Adriane’s groundbreaking initiatives, including co-creating the nation’s first Office of Policy, Resilience, and Equity, set new standards for equity and health literacy. She also co-designed the City of Tucson’s Diversity and Inclusion training and crafted innovative learning experiences for global leaders. With a lifelong passion for grassroots organizing, Adriane builds powerful, intersectional coalitions like the Portland-Metro People’s Coalition. Holding dual degrees in Political Science and Urban & Public Affairs, she remains relentless in her mission to challenge the status quo and uplift communities.
