Ayesha is a design leader and coach who helps purpose-led organisations grow their impact through service design.
Starting out in interaction and product design, she has spent the last 8 years designing the public back into public services. She has established service design approaches in the U.K. public and social enterprise sectors, including service impact and measurement in Visas & Immigration, prototyping policy on teacher service, and scaling data-led solutions for eye health in remote communities.
She is an independent consultant, always learning about what it takes to design impactful services. Services are the end result of various teams, decisions and relationships, never designed by a single person. She is also an accredited ICF ACC coach who works with change agents and teams on new ways of working and navigating uncertainty.
