Lucy is an organizational and leadership transformation consultant with The Ready. Her circuitous path into the transformation space started 15 years ago in humanitarian supply chain logistics in DR Congo. It weaved across Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and the United States, in humanitarian operations and communications, and global health systems strengthening. Before and during COVID, Lucy played the role akin to an aide-de-campe for the global health executive leadership team within the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention’s Global Health.
Her experiences at work, her roots as a New Zealander, her background in sociology and economics, and living and raising kids in cultures other than her own have all contributed to her fascination and obsession for organizational design and leadership, and more broadly, the role of work in our lives. She calls Atlanta, GA one of her homes, where she lives with her two rambunctious sons, Peter & Gerard.
