Spencer L. A. Stultz is an equity practitioner that has a background in community engagement, socio-political activism and community advocacy. Her experience has been rooted in non-profit work, and before coming to Adobe she worked to cultivate organizational equity and facilitated community dialogues at a social justice nonprofit.
There, she spearheaded the research, design and delivery of racial equity and organizational belonging trainings for communities that have ranged from undergraduate students to Fortune 500 companies.
Spencer obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science, with a focus in African American Studies, Community Development and Painting. She also has a M.A. in Pan African Studies, where she studied global systems of oppression and researched contemporary Black visual artists and the ways that their art serves as a locus for activism and sociopolitical critique.
Spencer was born and raised in Columbus, OH. She is a visual artist and creative, she is a daughter, she is an aunt, she is a fur mama, and more recently, she is a fiancé.
