Lori Muszynski is a design leader focused on evolving culture and processes to develop and mature UX teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and customers. After 11 years in studio leadership, operations and program management delivering user-centered design solutions to Fortune 100 companies, she became the Head of Global Inclusion & Diversity for the design consultancy Fjord and after that she was a DEI and design operations consultant.¬†Lori now leads Culture, Practices and Growth for the UX team in the JPMorgan Chase consumer bank, bringing together all her expertise to create a culture where UXers can thrive, do meaningful work, and grow their careers. Originally from Chicago, Lori has been in NYC long enough to be called a “New Yorker” though she loves to escape the city for downhill skiing, hiking, traveling, and hanging out with her two awesome nephews.
