Lauren is a designer at heart. She is always excited about bringing tangibility to ideas, crafting creative strategies backed by research and insights, and shifting power through codesign. She is studying Learning Sciences, Data Science, and Human Computer Interaction at Northwestern. Lauren blends radical inquiry with critical design, the digital with physical, and the past, present, and future. She hopes to reimagine the next era of design, and will start by creating new tools that bring reflective, intersectional and critical lenses to design thinking. Lauren also invents toys and co-leads youth-centered research at IDEO’s Play Lab.
