You may submit your activity session details using this form. Each activity description should have a clear "hook" (a motivation for joining that we can promote). We don't expect you to have a unique activity for each slot—you're welcome to repeat activities over multiple slots/days.
You can use your Zoom lounge for demonstrations, presentations, panels, discussions, even games—any way you'd like that will attract, engage, and provide value to participants. We'll also promote your activities through a variety of channels, including the conference program, to DOS2023 attendees and to the broader Rosenfeld Media DesignOps Community. Rosenfeld Media will provide you Zoom meetings for your company's activity sessions.
