During Michelle’s time at Citrix, her career has evolved from various senior-level product designer roles to design manager to her current role as Principal DesignOps Manager. She supports the Citrix Product Design Org with horizontal programs so teammates can keep doing their very best design work. Outside of work, she loves introducing people to UX and coaching people in their design careers. Michelle has a masters from the University of Baltimore in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Originally from the East Coast, Michelle now lives in Oakland, California.
