Having partnered with famed restaurateur, Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group for fifteen years, Susan’s passion lies in creating remarkable workplaces where people will thrive – and therefore, will deliver outstanding results.
Drawing on both her academic and professional experience in organizational behavior, Susan speaks, consults, and advises leaders and speaks with companies across more than 20 industries, and her clients have included companies like Delta Airlines, Hyatt Hotels, Goldman Sachs, Chanel, Cedars Sinai Hospital System, Ford Motorcars, Edward Jones, Novartis, Condé Nast, and Coca Cola.
Susan holds a Ph.D. from NYU, Stern School of Business, as well as a BS and an MBA from Lehigh University. She is a co-founder of the NYC Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, has recorded a TEDx talk, has been a contributor to Inc. magazine, and was named one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business for her application of hospitality principles across industries.
