Natalie Dunbar is a Senior Manager, UX Content Strategy at Walmart, where she focuses on creating content that shapes and supports the Walmart+ member experience. Prior to joining Walmart, Natalie worked in civic tech, helping federal agencies find innovative, human-centered solutions to enhance digital services across the government. She’s also built engaging content experiences for enterprises that include Anthem, Inc., Kaiser Permanente (KP), YP.com, and Farmers Insurance.
Natalie is an active member of Women Talk Design and a founding member of Content Strategy Los Angeles. She regularly writes for ClearVoice.com and is a frequent speaker. Her book, From Solo to Scaled: Building a Sustainable Content Strategy Practice will be published by Rosenfeld Media in 2022.
